How do I make a pet insurance claim?

Claims are processed quickly. Missing information or the need for additional records from your veterinarian, could cause a delay in processing time. If you have any questions or concerns during your claims process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How do I file a claim?

Filing a claim is much easier than you might think. You’ll need three things:

  • Medical records from your vet’s office
  • Itemized invoice from the vet’s office
  • A completed and signed claim form

When you’ve got those documents in order, you can submit your claim to ASPCA Pet Health Insurance through the Member Center. Once your claim has been filed, The Insurance team will reach out to your vet if any additional info is needed. Hassle-free!

Quick Turnaround

The licensed claims adjusters have a clinical veterinary background! Your claims will be processed quickly. If any medical records or additional information is needed, your veterinarian will be contacted to obtain what is needed. Then your claim will be processed.
